Q: Trying to text, but message is undeliverable. What do I do next?

Messages only works with other iOS users and they must already be setup and registered to use messages on their devices. Are you trying to text another iOS user?

If so, go to Settings>Messages>Show Subject Field>Off. Make sure that is set to off.
