sync iCal to Google calendar read only

Hi Folks,

I want to sync my work ( iCal, hosted on a OSX Lion 10.7.5 server ) calendar to my Google calendar. This should be only read only. I need this, because I have an Android mobile device and want to be able to see my work calendar there. First question, is this possible at all without third party apps?

Important is, when I add new stuff to my work calendar this should also be synced to the google calendar. I don't need the google calendar stuff in my work calendar. I already added the google calendar to my local iCal client.
