Q: can i link to a pc?

Trying to pair with my PC operating Vista but the PC is asking for the disc with bluetooth peripheral driver software.

Where can I get this from?

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.4

iOS devices, such as an iPhone, cannot link to a computer via Bluetooth. Only devices such as keyboards, headphones, auto systems can link.
