When using my hands free earpiece I can hear clearly but the person to whom I am talking experiences a significant echo. Is there a fix?

It may be a glitch in your audio profile, you could try a factory restore to reload the bluetooth/audio profiles.

If your device is still in warranty, I would recommend visiting the retail store to have them investigate, the device may need service 😟
