Sim card

I just bought an iphone 5c from my sister and I'm still waiting for the new sim card to come in the mail but it has been reset and will not do anything until a new sim card is installed is there a way to get around this

iPhone 5c, iOS 7.0.3

Is the iPhone trying to activate? Where is the old SIM card?

yes it is trying to active. Because she uses sprint and i use straight talk from walmart i had to order a new sim card

Put the old SIM card in to use as iPod. Hopefully when you get your Walmart SIM is is compatible with Sprint or you will not be able to use this iPhone with anything but a Sprint Account.
