My iPhone has over 15gb of "Other" storage
I recently had to take my phone to Apple because I did a hard restart on it and it bricked. It was stuck on the loading screen with the spinning wheel for a good 3-4 hours. I had them completely reset my phone and I restored it from a backup that I had luckily made the other day. However, when I reset it I found that I had no music on my 32gb phone (and I had had over 3,000 songs) and that storage space was all replaced in the "Other" category. I did some research and found out that people have fixed their problems by doing a factory reset on the phone and by reformatting it. Before I do that, I want to know if there are any other ways I can fix it without having to reset my phone.
Thanks!
When plugged into iTunes, my phone has about half of the storage space in "Other" and nearly no apps, maybe 3-4 gb.
