Trying to open a keynote document, but getting the error message:
You need a newer version of Keynote to open this presentation. You can download the latest version of Keynote from the Mac App Store.
6.1 is the latest. Please help.

Please confirm both your Mac OS (Apple menu > About this Mac) and Keynote versions (Kenote menu > About Keynote) as Keynote 6.1 is not compatible with OS 10.7 noted in your profile.
Also where was this Keynote files created, on the Mac or Mobile device, provide version number of the application.
Sorry, fogot to update my profile. I'm running 10.9.1 on a Macbook Pro.
The file was created on my laptop back on January 13th (before the update) and saved to the hardrive.
Incidentally, I created a second keynote file the same day, and that one is working fine.
