Is there anyway to setup my iPhone 5 without using the touchscreen?

So I dropped my iPhone 5 and cracked the screen and broke the digitizer. I tried a few things to see what I could do with it just using Siri, but then I had the GREAT idea of restoring the iPhone to its factory default settings, and now its prompting me to set up the iPhone again, but since the digitizer is broken, I can't really find a way to do that, so I was wondering if there was another way that I'd be able to either enter the information needed or bypass this step completely while still having a semi-functional iPhone, or is it just a $600 paperweight until I get it fixed?
