Resend Security Question and answer LINK is not exist

Dear Sir

I have problem to reset my security question and I referred to your written instruction , I've gone through; but the problem is not having the LINK which indicates "resend your security question and answer" at the fixed and said place, in this case I have no idea how to reset my forgotten security question and answers.

I would be grateful to have your support , and clearance for such security question answers issue .

In fact, I may probably have not specified the questions even , which in that case also I cant remember that though .

Kindly let me have your answer please.
