I have an iPod touch 4th generation, which works good, even without iOS 7.
I use VPN much, and I am sick to search for a new VPN connection every day!
How can this be fixed?
If somebody got some information or needs some aditionql info,

Did it work OK before?
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on your router
.- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- Restore from backup. See:
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
VPN needs to be reconfigured again every day
