Q: My iphone 4s touch has stopped working and i cant shut it down by sliding because it doesnt work to my touch. Please help me!

My iphone 4s has stopped working the touch is not worki ng and the on/off button and the home button are the only ones that work! i cant shut it down like it says to because the touch has stopped working!please help me!

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.2

Try this First... No Data will be Lost...

 

Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...

 

Wait for the Apple logo to Appear...

 

Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... ( But can take Longer...)

 

Release the Buttons...
