Q: I have always been able to tether my Windows PC to my iPhone 5 Internet. Lately, it connects but will not connect to the Internet. The Internet is working fine on my phone. iOS 7.0.4 Any ideas?

I have tried resetting network settings, resetting the phone and the PC, uninstalling iTunes, turning off the firewall and has no luck
