I forgot my passcode since I'm just using a fingerpint to unlock my iPhone. When turn off and turn on need to input passcode and I haven't... is there any way to recover passcode using fingerpint (is running ok)?

Either force the phone into recovery mode, as described here:

Or, login to iCloud.com, on your computer, locate the phone, then erase it.
Either will remove the passcode.
I tried do to that but iTunes ask to turn off Find my iPhone and I can't access iPhone.. means, not work. Other alternative?
Make a backup of the device to iCloud first. Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup > Backup Now.
Then, go to www.icloud.com, log in, and erase the device. This does not affect the iCloud backup you've created, just the device itself.
During the Setup Assistant, restore from the iCloud backup you created. This should allow you to create a new passcode.
Then you're not correctly getting the phone into recovery mode...it can take several attempts. If Find My Phone is turned on, just login to iCloud.com, using your computer, locate the phone, then erase it.
Please help, I have the same issue. but I did not sync my phone with Itunes nor made backup on Icloud...Is there any chance to regain access to my data by using fingerprint or my Apple ID? I am desperate.

Nope. Your device is doing exactly what you told it to do; do not allow access to the contents of this device to anyone that is not using my passcode or my fingerprint.
I know but since I typed more than 6 fails it does not offer me an option for fingerprint anymore and I don't know what to do 😟

Sadly, that's what happens when you don't take the basic responsibility for your own data and back it up using one of the many all but automatic options available to you.
Didn't think I'll need to, since I recently bought it and changed passcode wasn't under my supervision.

You always need to have a back up (preferably more than one) of any data you value. You could lose the phone. It could be damaged beyond repair. This is true of phones, computers, tablets and, yes, even important papers. I carry a photocopy of my passport with me when I travel (kept separately from the original) and leave another at home.
