BankOfAmerica App impossible to download

I've been traveling back and forth between the US and France and need to check my bank account while I'm oversea. The problem is that I can't download the Bank of America application on my iPone. I'm using an iPhone4 aquired in France. Everytime I click on the app I need I'm redirected to iTune France. But the application is not available on iTune France.

Me being on either location doesn't change the outcome. I can't download the bank of america application on my iPhone and iTune France doesn't propose this application to their users.

Could you please help me ?

iPhone 4, iOS 7.0.4

Where do you have your iTunes Store account? If that's in the French iTunes Store, then only if the app is available in the French Store can you download it. If the app is only available in the US, then you would need to open an account in the US iTunes Store, and that requires that you be physically present in the US and have a valid US mailing address. If you can fulfill those requirements, then see this:

Read the steps carefully as the order in which you follow them is critical. Note that you can do this only when creating a new Apple ID. You cannot use your existing ID.

You will of course not be able to get anything other than the free apps from the US iTunes Store without entering in some sort of payment method (credit card, prepaid iTunes card, gift certificate, etc.) and you can only use that store when you're actually in the US.

Regards.
