Can I block calls from an unknown number pls?

Hi

Does anyone know whether I can block "unknown" callers from my iphone or if there is an app pls?

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.4

Sorry, no, & there are no apps that can do so.

Carrier AT&T is unwilling to assist in blocking calls with no name or number.
