so is there anyway we can activate it without cellular connection(sim) plz tell me

i have this iphone and its kind of old so i erased all the content from before just to start over and a use it as an ipod not an iphone so when i erased the content i coundlt activate it they said i need a sim but i dont use a sim so is there any way to activate it without a sim lzzz tell me fast
