how to fix album artwork in iCloud?

for some reason i have no clue why on my 5s version 7.0.4 my music in the cloud from my itunes match isnt putting the correct album artwork on my phone ..it will at first but the next day it will have the wrong music with the wrong album artwork..how to fix this fusturating prolem?
