LCI's??

LCI's??

I have just dropped my iPad mini into a relatively small puddle in the bath....don't ask.

I removed it straight away, turned it off and threw in in a box with raw rice. I'm going to leave it for 24 hours or so.

When it emerges from it's grainy pit is there an LCI on the mini which I will be able to see?

iPad mini Wi-Fi, iOS 7.0.4

If you are uncertain if your device has an issue caused by liquid exposure, even if an LCI has been activated, contact AppleCare or an authorized iPhone service provider for assistance.

And leave it in the rice longer. Maybe three days would be good. Don't turn it on until after the three days in the rice.
