Is Pages 5.1 missing "merge fields"
Pages 09 could merge data from a Number 09 table, similar to mail merge with address book. 5.1 seems to be missing the ability.

Dear Peter,
I know you have been following the Pages 5.x features loss. The primary features that I used that I seem to remember were lost with the "upgrade" to 5.0 were: mail merge, putting images into headers/footers, customizing tables (by splitting cells vertically or horizontally and merging cells), outline view, reorganizing document order by dragging page thumbnails. There may have been more. I have heard that there have been two updates to restore lost features. Do you know if any of these features been restored? Is there a list somewhere of still missing features?
I haven't updated it for Pages 5.1, but there are about 8 features back, some that still don't really work and a few new missing features discovered so the number is just under a 100 still.
