I attempted to update my iTunes and received error messages. I need help.

To ALL who can help me,

I use iTunes in Windows7. When I attempted to update it, I was prompted with an error message. I them proceeded to reinstall iTunes but the problem was not solved.

The messages are:

This last message keeps popping up at regular intervals.

I need help sort this out.
