iTunes Library not recognizing my devices (iPhone/iPad mini)

Hi guys,


My iTunes library doesn't recognize my mini iPad and my iPhone. I have tried to reinstal iTunes on my Advent Windows 8 laptop and still nothing. When I plug in the cable for my devices, 'Trust This Computer?' comes up on my iPad/iPhone and I click on 'Trust'.

Also in my iPad/iPhone settings, my iTunes Wi-fi Sync shows 'Sync will resume when "ADVENT" is available. ADVENT Music.'


It was fine a week ago, when I would just plug in the cable and my devices would automatically show in iTunes library. Now nothing T_T


Please help if you can,

I would be concerned as well if my iPhone was not recognized by iTunes. Thank you for providing all the information with the steps you took in regards to this issue. I found an article with a few more steps you can take (you can skip the steps you have already taken):
