Q: need to block @me.com text = spam and sent daily

Keep getting a text from the same  @me.com name, it's just a phishing version of my own name.  Need to block the jerk.  No info anywhere on my search.  iPhone 4s, ios 7.  The dot next to the text message is in blue.  Thx.
