I tried to update my iPad 2. Hung up and iTunes gave me Unknown error 3 occurred? I have OSX Mavericks and the latest iTunes and updated MacKeeper...This iPad is only a few weeks old as far as use. Got two of them and the other one dropped and broke.

HELP...
