Q: My son has a $21.00 iTunes credit and we tried to use it to buy credits for epoch2, but the money was taken from the credit card. why does this keep happening, and can you credit the Amex and deduct from the iTunes? thanx!

My son has an iTunes credit, but when he is allowed to purchase credits in epoch2, the payment was taken from the Amex. can you adjust the payment methods and take the iTunes credit and credit the Amex? Also, why does this keep happening? My husband gets very irritated by the purchases when our son has an iTunes card.
