Is there anything like time machine that will restore to a iMac G5
iMac, Mac OS X (10.4.11), G5
For any backup solution, including Time Machine, it must be configured and running before it is possible to restore data from it.

A Google search for "backup applications for powerpc mac" finds a bunch of them.
