Q: Find my iPhone (mac)

i can not get the find my mac or iphone app on my mac also my mac always shows off line on my iphones app

iMac (27-inch Mid 2010), iOS 7.0.4

    The Find My iPhone app only works on iOS devices, not on Macs.  On your Mac you access Find My iPhone by going to icloud.com.

     

    If you Mac shows as being offline, try going to System Preferences>iCloud, uncheck Find My Mac, then after a few seconds check it again.
