i still can't get my itunes to find and sync my i phones it has never not synced before i did all the troubleshooting and still nothing

Can anyone help please none of our phones all of a sudden will not connect to itunes on the computer we tried all the troubleshooting suggestions and nothing worked

when I went to settings on my phone then itunes wi-fi sync it says "sync will resume when my computer is available"
