  1. Launch the Settings app from the Home screen of your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Scroll down and tap on Safari.
  3. Under the first section labeled General, tap on Passwords & AutoFill.
  4. At the very bottom, make sure the Credit Cards option is turned to On and then tap on Saved Credit Cards directly beneath it.
  5. Now tap on Add Credit Card.
  6. Enter the credit card information and then tap Done in the upper right hand corner.

I changed my wife's charge card in her Safari (I have a different iCloud account, necessary for my Find My devices apps, but wish I could use her storage).

But when I checked the iCloud settings in her Mac's System Preferences, it still has the old expiration date. I keep trying to click there to change the expiration date, but nothing happens.

We got an e-mail from Apple telling us that our storage will be dropped if we don't fix our charge card. Expiration dates change on charge cards all the time, there's got to be an easy to change them on our Macs.
