My iPhone showing Error:2D01 why is this happening?

Hi, I have iPhone 4s, iOS 7, recently my iPhone start showing error screen whenever I am using any application. Screen shows a Back, Accept and Reject button and show Error:2D01 in center. Why is this happening? It never happend before.

Any suggenstions or help would be greatful
