My itunes says it cant find Itunes support. I have uninstalled it twice any suggestions?

Having trouble downloading Itunes to my sony Viao it keeps saying I dont have apple support. Please help

iPhone 4S, iOS 7, not a clue

Doublechecking. Is it talking about Apple Mobile Device Support or Apple Application Support? (They're two different programs.)

Its on a Sony Vaio. It keeps giving me this error that it cant find Apple support. It absolutley cant run without it. How do I get apple support on my Sony Laptop. I had i tunes on this for a while before I got it fixed.
