Pre- ordered books
I cannot see my pre-ordered books in my purchased section. How can I fix this? They always used to appear but since the last and final possible update this is not the case.

Have they been released yet ? I thought that they would only appear in the Purchased tab in the ibookstore app, or on your computer's iTunes, after theey had been released and actually paid for.
You should be able to view what you have on pre-order via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5714
