When you ask Siri to make a reminder, he creates it, and then when I confirm, it cancels. I can't even manually create reminders. The same issue happens with my calendar, I can't create appointments or birthdays. I'm not sure why this has happened and I need to fix it soon.

Reminders: ON ?
