How do I change on my iphone5 the apps store from US to UK please?

iPhone 5, iOS 7

Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID > View Apple ID > sign in > Country/Region

Note: You can not change stores if you have an iTunes credit. You will need to contact iTunes Store Support to have it removed first.

I have done all you put except where you say country/region I dont have that showing on mine i have itunes match
music, apps,updates and use mobile data thats all i can get
