Grey screen + Loading spin

Hello there Guys,

So in the past 3 days my Imac 27" late 2012 have recently started doing this grey screen with loading bar. ( i have bootcamp aswell )

But the problem here is i can put it to work again by doing the safe boot or nvram reset or even checking permissions and verifying the disc, and unplugging usbs etc.

But when i let it off for the night, when i turn on in the morning the simptom starts again. I really dont know why.

I saw it could be the hard drive? but the Imac is only 1 year old to odd if its broken already.

I already readed the apple support when this happens and saw several posts.

But my real problem is this happening several times.

So any clue on why this is happening?

hope i explained well, and sorry for the english!

And would appreaciate the help! thanks

iMac, OS X Mavericks (10.9.1)

I see some items that may be contributing to the problem. Some are no longer supported and some probably not updated for Mavericks.

I'd uninstall Steam and any steamclean files, Tuxera, MacFuse, steelseriesengine files and Little Snitch. Use developer's uninstallers if available. They can be added back one at a time once the problem is solved.

There are others who are more knowledgable than I about addons and may pop in with their own interpretations.

One steamclean file left.

Go to Finder and select your user/home folder. With that Finder window as the front window, either select Finder/View/Show View options or go command - J. When the View options opens, check ’Show Library Folder’. That should make your user library folder visible in your user/home folder. Then go to the Launch Agents folder and delete it.

Thanks to leonie for some information contained in this.

You might need to redo the View settings after an update.
