Q: we have a disabled ipod touch. how do we get access to it from my computer?

We have a disabled ipod touch. How do get access to it from my pc? It is currently plugged into the computer and we forgot the latest new passcode?

iPod touch, iOS 7.0.4, forgot passcode

If it's disabled and you don't know the passcode, you'll have to restore it to remove the passcode. With iOS 7 with Find My iPod enabled, you'll have to force it into recovery mode in order to restore it, as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808.
