Q: I've made many in app purchases now it's saying it cannot connect to iTunes Store and won't complete the purchase. Any help?

Everytime I try to purchase something, it says cannot connect to iTunes Store. And won't complete the message. Any help.

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.2
