iPad sw update error
I have the IPad 2 and I got notice to download software update but I keep getting an error during install. Anyone have this problem?

Did this. did;t help. Have latest iTunes. Keep getting Error 27!

I have not been able to reset the iPad 2 trying every trick I can find. Now whenever it is turned on, it displays a cord connector with an arrow pointing to a red iTunes icon (that I could not insert in this post as either a .jpg or .png image as small as18Kb... it's just not my Apple day!)(
Your iPad is in Recovery mode. This is an older thread but may help you get the restore process going.
