How do I get a refund on a game

All sales are final

what if you had purchased in-app game stuff. but somehow it didn't appear at all..?

If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

I've tried that but it's still pending. Apple has sent me a refund email still nowhere so is there any other way?
