Can't open more than one window in safari.

I bought a new iPad mini few days ago and whenever I try to open more than one browser page in safari, It closes suddenly & I have to start safari again. Can anyone tell how to solve this problem.

iPad, iOS 7.0.4, Mini

1. Settings>Safari>Clear History, Cookies and Data

2. Hold the Sleep/Wake and Home button down for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple Logo

Make sure you close all your apps running in the background.
