ios7 podcast autoplay

I have three problems with podcast, can anyone solve any?

First problem is that it's not auto-playing the next podcast. This is a pain when I listen to them while driving.

Second problem is that when the podcast ends it starts playing music (doesn't switch to iTunes, just starts playing).

Final problem, I have it set to keep only unplayed, but it only deletes them when I sync with my Mac.
