Anyone get an email to verify their Apple ID account information? I traced the address it was from to a prison! Be cautious!!!!

Got this email (see below) and I clicked the links... it went to a page that asked for all of my personal information including my social security number. I don't ever remember Apple requiring my SS#. So... I didn't fill it out. Go out of that page. Tried to search the email address it was from and it said "prison". Tried to contact anyone at Apple. No such luck. Though I'd post it here just in case it saves someone.
