After running iTunes update, iTunes will not startup on PC

I'm running (Windows Vista) I'm trying to resolve two issue that is preventing me from updating and running iTunes.. 1.) First Error > (Runtime Error R6034) "Attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly".. 2.) Second Error > Error 7 (windows error 1114) "iTunes was not installed correctly".. I have tried reinstalling iTunes eight times with no results.. Can someone help with this please.. Thanks
