I'm running WIndows 8.1 and keep getting an error

I get an error message when I download iTunes and I can't access my account. I get another error 7 (Windows Error 127). Is there a specific download that works for 64-Bit WIndows 8.1?

iPhone 5c, iOS 7.0.4
