App store cancelled my order and didn't return my money!! (Help)

Hello everyone,

I ordered a beats studio wireless headphones from app store, here;

http://store.apple.com/us/product/HE506VC/A/beats-by-dr-dre-studio-wireless-over -ear-headphones

My credit card was charged a 402 USD (369 USD + 33 USD tax)!! and then I received this message from apple;

"Thank you for your recent order with the Apple Online Store. We

appreciate your business.

We are unable to complete your order. We do not ship to freight

forwarder addresses. Therefore your order has been cancelled."

My order was cancelled and I didn't get my money back!

Please help me! What should I do next?

You will get it back. It does sometimes take a few days to process repayments, especially with credit cards. If you don't have notification in a few days drop an email to Apple Support, accounts and billing.

Of course you will get it back ... but this is NOT the Accounts and billing. We are user to user helpers, that's all. You should contact the link (in blue) I provided.

I actually entered the link you provided, but I don't know how to send them an email? please consider that I am outside the US and the UK. I tried previously to chat with a support agent but coudn't becuase of that.

So sorry, but this is not a problem we here can help with. When, exactly, was the shipping refusal? You really need to allow a week before you start panicking.

I appreciate your will to help and completely understand what you are saying. I want to learn how to send them an email, just in case I don't get a refund even after weeks from now.

By the way, do you know any websites where I can order these headphones inrtnationally?
