I can't purchase apps.
I recently had a case on an unauthorized transaction. Since then I am not allowed to purchase apps that cost money through my phone. Is there any way around it so that I could purchase an app?

What happens when you try to buy an app, are you getting any error messages ? If it's something that only iTunes Support can help with then you can contact them via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
