Feb 15, 2014 2:13 AM in response to Vineet.singhalby ajayp22,Hi Vineet,
If your number is working fine in other mobile and showing number correctly then its iPhone issue and if same problem exists in other phones too then its carrier issue, first check that.
Also do you recently went in roaming area, if yes the the automatic city selection is not working correctly so correct it. First go on Setting > general > time and date.
Change the city after switching Set automatic to Manual and put nearest city. After that reboot your Iphone and once more go to same setting and put that setting automatic after selecting your city only. Reboot your device once more.
its done then, your device will work as before.

Sep 9, 2015 5:13 AM in response to Vineet.singhalby Xibalba PH,i have the same problem... but i think this is with the service providers on our respective countries... i tried using my sim card on another unit and the problem still persist and of course i tried inserting a different sim in my iphone 5s, and there wasnt any problem... the calls received form my phone with a different sim showed the number of the caller... so i concluded that the problem is with the service provider...
