Final Cut Studio apps not opening on your Intel Mac — Universal Prokit?

Motion and other Final Cut Studio applications stopped opening on my Intel iMac, and the problem was that the Prokit.framework file wasn't universal binary. I did some Google-ing and found this topic regarding the universal Prokit.framework file.
