Cannot get a website to load! Very intermittent.

So this website - http://forum.ea.com - has been working on and off for the past few months and yesterday it just wouldn't load at all. This morning it loaded and I could use it for an hour then... Failed to open page. What a surprise!

It doesn't work on chrome or firefox (normally does when not on safari).. I'm using a router and modem, I think, and have limited knowledge about technical internet things :s

I've restarted both router & Modem aswell resetting safari, emptying cache. Doesn't work on my iPhone either, nor a windows laptop on Chrome or Firefox!

What do I do?
