itunes no reconoce mi iphone

Itunes no reconoce mi iphone. Ya lo desinstalé e instalé varias veces y no funciona. Al hacer la prueba de dispositivo sale que no funciona el itunes helper.

Alguien podría ayudarme, por favor. Tengo Windows 8.1
