I have over 1 gig data but I still cannot download anything on my app store..this has been ongoing for over a month. What could be the problem?

What happens when you try to download something from the App store?

If the app is over 100MB, you need to download over Wi-Fi.
Doesn't matter if you have 1GB data.
It "loads" the app onto my home screen and that happens until I get a notification that it could not be at this time..happens for hours on end until I delete the app.
I have tried to download via wifi but the same thing happens.
Did you check whether you have restrictions on "Installing Apps" ?
